    Kenneth George Binnie, station manager of Quirindi, New South Wales enlisted in the Australian Imperial Forces, 6 Jan. 1916, aged 22. He embarked for England on board HMAT A8 Argyllshire, 11 May 1916 and reached the front near Armentieres, France in December 1916. He was made a Lieutenant in the 26th Battery of the 3rd Australian Division, 19 Apr. 1918 and returned to New South Wales on HT Anchises, Feb. 1919.
